Our 2018 stock Rockwood 5th Wheels offer a range of accommodation for you or your loved ones. Varied layouts will suit different needs and tastes.

This layout puts focus on spacious, open plan living with a slide-out dining room and living room seating, each space having a good view to the entertainment center and fireplace. A simply laid out kitchen is two steps from the WC and shower and fitted bedroom.
A rear kitchen layout that's fully fitted, a compact dinette for enjoying meal times, and living area complete with 3 seat couch and 2 relaxing, recling chairs. Fitted as standard with a Queen size bed or the option of a King size single for extra room.
Two recling armchairs and a 3 seater settee look across a spacious living room to the entertainment center and free standing dining table and four chairs. Centered is the kitchen island which bridges between living spaces. The split level seperates the WC, shower and bedroom - each comfortably spacious and fitted to a great spec'.

Our Fifth Wheel units come in lengths from 28' to 42' and with living areas of 10' to 14' wide they compete with many forms of accommodation.

With a fifth wheel, your fully fitted Granny Annexe can be purchased from stock and be ready to use with no planning permission and no build time.
Adding additional living space in the form of an annexe is a simple matter with a fifth wheel. These large static caravans fall within the same laws that govern the use of touring caravans; the small ones towed behind a car.
Our fifth wheels are substantially larger than caravans with full standing height throughout, and are eminently suitable for year-round accommodation.
CASE STUDY: NORWICH, NORFOLK
CCRV paid a visit to the wilds of Norfolk, on the outer edges of Norwich, for a chat with Mr. C. D. He needed more living space so he could take care of his elderly mother whose health wasn't at its best.
His small bungalow wouldn't allow him the opportunity, and he needed a home for her fairly urgently. Paul headed up to Norwich, discussed needs and suggested a Rockwood 2650WS. Two days later an order was placed by Mr. C. D., and with receipt of deposit, a site survey was undertaken and plans drawn.
As the grounds of the garden were not ideal for placement on blocks, nor ideal for the lady moving in, a slab was required. In her circumstance it was also decided that mains water, electricity and drainage would also be required.
Two weeks from order the site had been cleared, slab poured and set, trenches dug, services connected, then the site made good ready for delivery.
